To register an account and use the betjj Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. betjj does not permit access to players under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as an individual and registering for your own personal use only, not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of betjj, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicit written authorisation has been granted by betjj management.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by betjj or by any related responsible gaming programme to which betjj is a party.

betjj reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation when requested, betjj may suspend or close your account and withhold any funds pending the outcome of the verification process.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. betjj does not charge a deposit fee on standard mobile wallet transactions. Deposits are credited to your betjj balance upon confirmed receipt of funds, typically within 60 seconds.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. betjj will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources and may return or freeze funds received from unverified sources.
• betjj reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the account level. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.
• betjj does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. All deposit transactions must be conducted through the supported fiat payment methods listed on the Platform.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same mobile wallet or bank account used to make the qualifying deposit, subject to betjj's payment processing procedures. betjj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• betjj may require completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing period. Standard withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. betjj is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing timelines.
• betjj reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where verification documents remain outstanding.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Players must satisfy all applicable rollover conditions as specified in the relevant promotion terms before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be authorised.

All sports bets placed on betjj are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the sport and event in question. betjj reserves the right to void any bet that is placed on an event whose result was already known at the time the bet was accepted, or where a technical error resulted in the display of incorrect odds.

• Minimum and maximum bet stakes are set at the individual market level and are displayed at the point of bet placement. betjj reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and at betjj's sole discretion. betjj may suspend live betting markets at any time during an event, for example during key moments such as penalty shootouts, injury time, or disputed incidents under review.
• All casino games available on the betjj Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or licensed live dealer studios. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of betjj and cannot be influenced by the Operator.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's recorded server-side state. betjj is not liable for any loss of connection on the player's side.
• Winnings arising from a game that was made available due to a software error, a misconfigured paytable, or a clearly displayed erroneous RTP figure may be voided by betjj. In such cases, betjj will refund the stake placed on the affected round.

betjj reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or game session. Maximum payout limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout cap will be adjusted down to the cap amount.

betjj is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gambling activity and expenditure. These tools are available to all account holders at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through account settings. Once a limit is lowered, the new lower limit takes effect immediately. Requests to raise a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. When the time limit is reached, the player will be logged out automatically and must wait before resuming play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Where a dispute remains unresolved, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
